The mountain bike tour starts at Töll bridge. The asphalt road climbs steadily, past the Quadrat farms, up to the Rasner Kreuz. Here turn left and continue uphill on a forest road to the barrier. Turn right and follow forest road no. 9 to the Seespitze. The descent follows marker 9 (forest road) to the Eggerhof farm. From here take the access road down to Quadrat and, as on the way up, follow the road down to the starting point.
