Start der Mountainbiketour ist bei Töll Brücke. Über die Asphaltstraße geht es in stetiger Steigung bergauf, vorbei an den Quadrathöfen bis hoch zum Rasner Kreuz. Hier links ab und auf einem Forstweg weiter bergauf bis zur Schranke. Rechts abbiegen und dem Forstweg Nr. 9 bis zur Seespitze folgen. Bergab geht es auf Markierung 9 (Forstweg) zum Eggerhof. Von hier über die Zufahrtsstraße hinunter bis Quadrat und wie beim Aufstieg über die Straße hinunter zum Ausgangspunkt.
