On the Via Claudia Augusta we warm up with an easy ride from Spondinig to Schluderns. Below the Churburg castle we turn onto the Sonnenberg panoramic road, which we follow to the turn-off to the Gsalhöfe farms.Here we follow trail marker 21 A, partly on a cart track, until the technically demanding trail fun begins, heading towards Eyrs. Above Eyrs a forest road takes us to Laas.
