Public transport in Merano and Vinschgau Valley area makes a car-free holiday possible.

The Mobilcard allows 1, 3 or 7 days of unlimited use of all public transport in the South Tyrolean transport network.

It is a personal ticket and non-transferable. The card must be validated at the beginning of each journey (by train before boarding). The expiry date is printed on the card when it is first validated.

The Mobilcard is available at all sales points of the South Tyrolean Transport Association, in the tourist associations and in some accommodations.

museumobil Card

The museumobil card combines the use of all public transport in South Tyrol and admission to almost 100 museums, art collections and exhibition venues.

The card can be used unlimited on 3 or 7 days throughout South Tyrol.

It must be validated on public transport for each journey (the destination does not have to be indicated). In the museums, the card is validated via a reader.

Each museum, art collection or exhibition can only be visited once per card. Additional services, such as guided tours, museum educational activities or special events, are not included in the museumobil card unless specifically stated. Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.
